Rev Ann Marie Fitzgerald

Originally from Newfoundland, Ann-Marie, recently moved to Sarnia from Kitchener with her spouse Barb. Her ever expanding family have been her greatest blessings. She holds a degree in Pastoral Ministry through Loyola University, New Orleans and for over 20 years she has been a member of the Canadian Association for Spiritual Care. As a Chaplain, she has worked for many years in long term care facilities, hospitals and in the community. She is always honoured to be asked to perform a baptism or naming ceremony for any family! No matter the type of ceremony you have chosen a traditional or spiritual, it’s at that moment you are truly enlightened by the love and joy that surrounds you and your family. Along with her Pastoral work, her time is spent with family and friends, enjoying sports, gardening. Are you looking for a unique baptism or naming ceremony! Well, here it is, on a 10-person pontoon boat from Bridgeview Marina in Point Edward. The Riverboat Chapel on beautiful St Clair River and Lake Huron is an experience that you will always remember. Ann Marie’s outlook on life, her life experience, and the energy of love that she personifies in life will make her a great choice to be part of this rite of passage with your family and friends.

Baptism Stories

The welcoming ceremony had a personal quality, with the beautiful poem and readings, that made it special for us as parents. The extra TLC you added to the ceremony made it extra special. You were warm and friendly, organized and thoughtful and we would have you back anytime! Thanks again for a wonderful memory!
